  • The Carolina Opry:
    Tribute! in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is Calvin Gilmore's new all live stage show featuring the world's top tribute artists portraying your favorite stars of yesterday and today, backed up by the Tribute Band and Dancers. In each show six different acts capture perfectly the unique voice and the presence of the celebrity each portrays. With every note, every gesture and every nuance, these artists re-create the magic of the great concerts you might have missed, in an evening of pure energy and excitement.

    Calvin Gilmore pioneered live theaters in Myrtle Beach when he opened The Carolina Opry, a music and comedy variety show, in 1986. Now in its 20th season, the show has won every top South Carolina tourism award including its highest, the prestigious Governor's Cup, and Most Outstanding Attraction. Voted the Best Show and Best Place to take Out-Of-Towners year after year by readers of the Myrtle Beach Sun News, a Knight Ridder newspaper, it is the only show to be featured on NBC Nightly News, USA Today, Variety, The New York Times and CNN.
